Sushi Making is believed to have been around since the 4th Century the first iteration believing to be the accidental fermentation of fish scraps in a pot of rice, but this class is no accident, Chef Jake with his many years of experience in Japanese Cuisine, mainly being sushi along with his Sous Chef Bryton and his wonderful creativity will come together to teach you about the wonders of sushi making in this amazing class!
