Cooking Class: Alpine Cheese and Wine

Come join Chef Bryton and Coordinator Ian as they teach you all the ins and outs of alpine cheese and wine! We’ll be serving some of your favorite cheeses like swiss, gruyere, and gouda. But we’ll also be enjoying some not-so familiar cheeses, such as the Whitney from Jaspar Hill, and the Emmentaler AOP. Not only will we be eating some delicious cheese, but we’ll have some fantastic wines that will be paired along-side them!
