This French dessert is believed to have been created by a Chef that cooked for the Queen of France around the 19th Century, the mighty Éclair, this pastry has been growing in popularity ever since then and our two chefs, Chef Jake and Sous Chef Maybel thought how fun it would be to teach you about this wonderful pastry!
