If you enjoy Mexican food, join us for a fun-filled evening making seafood enchiladas from scratch! Enchiladas come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors, making it a beloved dish in Mexican cuisine. Chef Jake is ready to guide you in stuffing, rolling, and topping your own seafood enchiladas with the freshest of ingredients.
You’ll also enjoy one of Mexicos most storied beverages The Michelada! n the 1960s, Michel Ésper frequented the Club Deportivo Potosino in San Luis Mexico. He began to ask for his beer with lime, salt, ice, and a straw, in a cup called “chabela”, as if it were a beer lemonade (limonada). Members of the club started asking for beer as “Michel’s lemonade”, with the name shortening over time to Michelada. As time went by, other sauces were added to the original recipe. Today, it contains the same ingredients as a chelada, but contains tomato juice with chile powder on the rim. Join us in creating and enjoying a Mexican-inspired dinner together!
