Cooking Class: French Wines and Cheeses

Chefs Jake and Sous Chef Mayble invite you to come take a tour and enjoy some of the best France has to offer.  France is the world’s second largest wine producer and home to over a 1,000 varieties of cheese.  We’re sure you have tried a French wine at some point since they have the reputation of being the best in the world. It goes back to one thing: quality control. French wine-making is regulated by strict government laws set up by the Appellation d’ Origine Contrôlée.  We will learn all about this process as we taste a curated selection of wines paired with Harmons specialty meats and cheeses.
