Although the word “queso” means cheese in Spanish, it is best known as the shortened version of “Chile Con Queso”. This side dish typically includes melted cheese and chili peppers. However, today we see many different versions of Chile Con Queso. In this class, we will be showing you how to make two different versions of the same dish, each with their own personality! And since you can’t have queso without tortilla chips, we will also be showing you how to make homemade tortilla chips! Come join Chef Jake and celebrate National Tortilla Chip Day with some homemade chips and queso!
Menu:
