Join our chefs to make some scary éclairs–or as we like to call them, “éscares”! Chef Pete will show you how to make perfect pâte à choux, a delicate dough used to shape éclairs. You will also be making your own spooky fillings, and decorating them to your devilish delight! While we demonstrate how to make the perfect “éscares”, we will be offering a light lunch. But don’t get too full, we’re going to be sending you home with all of your frightening creations!
