The most anticipated class of the season includes three decadent treats, paired together for a unique tasting experience! Wine Educator Sheral Schowe will lead you through a tasting of three Ports from Portugal, three artisanal chocolates and three blue cheeses from three countries. Sheral will explain the differences between Ruby, Tawny, Vintage and Colheita style Ports from Portugal as you taste your way through the delicious pairings.
