If you’ve enjoyed fine wines, you probably have experience with French wine, it’s consistently regarded as the best in the world. It all comes down to one thing- quality control. French wine-making is regulated by strict government laws set up by the Appellation d’ Origine Contrôlée. We will learn all about this process as we taste a curated selection of wines paired with Harmons specialty meats and cheeses.
