Our Executive Chef Jake Driffill invites you to take a tour and enjoy some of the best France has to offer.  France is the world’s second largest wine producer and home to over a 1,000 varieties of cheese.  If you’ve enjoyed fine wines, you probably have experience with French wine, it’s consistently regarded as the best in the world. It all comes down to one thing- quality control. French wine-making is regulated by strict government laws set up by the Appellation d’ Origine Contrôlée.  We will learn all about this process as we taste a curated selection of wines paired with Harmons specialty meats and cheeses.
